reachmore was founded in September of 2003 when founder CJ McClanahan purchased a business coaching franchise. Since then CJ has helped hundreds of business owners and corporations achieve record sales, work less and reach their goals.
At reachmore, it’s all about making a difference. We recognize that God has blessed us with amazing gifts and opportunities. As a result of all that we are given, we understand that much is expected.
At reachmore, we are dedicated to changing lives by inspiring others to reach their goals and dreams.
CJ McClanahan - Founder
CJ started reachmore, in September of 2003, 5 days before his son Ian was born all because he was inspired by a book (Send us an email at books@goreachmore.com and we will tell you which book inspired CJ and also give you a list of CJ’s favorite books).
CJ writes a column on leadership for the Indianapolis Business Journal and hosts central Indiana’s premiere radio program for entrepreneurs - Lets’ Talk Business (Sundays at noon on 1430, WXNT).
CJ began his consulting career as a licensed business coach with Action Coach and was soon recognized as one of the top coaches in the United States. He was named the “Rookie of the Year” and “Coach of the Year” in his territory and was recognized nationally with the “Action Man of the Year” award.
CJ is an active leader in his community having served as the president of the Penrod Society and Rainmakers, the fastest growing business development organization of its kind in the US. CJ was also named to the 2006 class of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “40 under 40” recognizing the up and coming business leaders in central Indiana.
After beginning his career with Arthur Andersen where he helped organizations utilize technology to improve their business processes, CJ shifted his focus toward the small business. He served as the Director of Finance and Operations for a medium sized ($12 million annual revenue) manufacturing organization and as a Director of Sales and Business Development for a global software company ($20 million in annual revenue).
Throughout his career, CJ has held senior management positions in the four key areas necessary to operate and grow a business - sales/marketing, operations, finance and information technology.
