ReachMore Strategies was founded in August of 2003 when company owner CJ McClanahan purchased a business coaching franchise. Since then CJ has helped business owners from throughout central Indiana achieve record sales, work less and reach their goals and dreams.

CJ McClanahan is a licensed business coach and is recognized as one of the top coaches in the United States. He was named the “Rookie of the Year” and “Coach of the Year” in his territory and was recognized nationally with the “Action Man of the Year” award.
CJ is an active leader in his community having served as the president of the Penrod Society and Rainmakers, the fastest growing business development organization of its kind in the US. |
CJ was also named to the 2006 class of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “40 under 40” recognizing the up and coming business leaders in central Indiana.
After beginning his career with Arthur Andersen where he helped organizations utilize technology to improve their business processes, CJ shifted his focus toward the small business. He served as the Director of Finance and Operations for a medium sized ($12 million annual revenue) manufacturing organization and as a Director of Sales and Business Development for a global software company ($20 million in annual revenue).
Throughout his career, CJ has held senior management positions in the four key areas necessary to operate and grow a business - sales/marketing, operations, finance and information technology.

Nicole McClanahan, Vice President
Nicole has over twelve years experience in a variety of marketing functions. After beginning her career at the headquarters of a large financial institution, working with the operations side of marketing, she shifted gears to product marketing. After earning her MBA from Indiana University – Indianapolis, she served as a Product Marketing Manager, managing an $80 million product line for a national education and recognition company ($450 million in annual revenue). Her focus at ReachMore Strategies involves overseeing all financial, marketing and administrative functions.
Elizabeth Heil, Sales & Marketing Manager
Elizabeth earned her BA in Marketing from Taylor University. She has a background in business development, marketing and customer service. Elizabeth oversees all sales and marketing efforts for ReachMore Strategies, including business development, public relations and client relationships.
As an enthusiastic networker in the Indianapolis business community, she serves on an Advisory Board for Rainmakers and is actively involved in the Fishers Chamber of Commerce and Networkers 4 Christ. She also serves in the youth ministry at BridgeWay Community Church.
