Strategic Planning and Facilitation
This service is for the organization looking for a professional to help design and facilitate a management meeting or “retreat”. We have 1 and 2 day sessions to choose from, or we can create a program customized to your unique needs.
The Strategic Planning process is designed to accomplish the following:
- Mission/Vision - Review and agree upon a corporate “foundation” that will
influence future decisions and actions.
- Goals - Document exactly what the organization wants to accomplish in the next 1, 3 or 5 years.
- Expectations - Make sure that everyone is clear about the direction of the company and their role in helping to achieve the goals.
- Execution - Review the best processes for tactically achieving the goals on a month by month basis and decide the best way to measure this progress.
- Inspiration - This program is designed so that the participants will leave the
process enthusiastic about the progress and the future of the company.

The Corporate Leadership Series (CLS)
The CORPORATE LEADERSHIP SERIES (CLS) is an annual program that provides leadership, insight and training to corporate management teams. The sessions in this program build upon one another and are designed to ensure that meaningful change takes place throughout the year.
This program consists of four components:

Groundwork |
In the first month, we will interview each member of the management team. The purpose of these sessions will be to determine the individual goals of the team, uncover any significant challenges, and set clear expectations for the program with each individual.

CEO Review |
CJ will meet individually with the CEO or President to address individual goals and plan the content for the management team meeting. The CEO will be expected to complete “homework” each month. |

Management Meetings |
CJ will meet with the entire management team as often as needed to review progress towards the goals of the company. This is typically monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. In addition, each of these meetings will address one issue critical to the success of the organization. Sample topics include:
- Sales
- Leadership
- Team building
- Marketing
- Strategic planning
- Employee Compensation
- Etc.
