Summit consists of 1 or more of the following services:

• Strategic Planning We design and facilitate a 1 day workshop that results in a 3 year vision and a detailed 12-month tactical plan.
• CEO Coaching – We work one on one with the President or CEO to help develop the skills necessary to become a more effective leader.
• Strategic Meeting Facilitation – We facilitate a regular meeting with management teams where we monitor progress toward goals and assists in problem resolution.
• Manager Coaching – We work one on one with select managers to monitor progress toward the achievement of professional goals.  In addition, these sessions will focus on the development of the skills necessary to become a more effective leader.
• Individual Team Coaching – We meet with teams within the organization (sales, customer service, etc.) to monitor the progress toward goals and helps individuals develop the skills (sales, time management, prioritization, customer service, etc.) necessary to improve performance.
• Company Wide Meetings – We design and deliver content for a meeting with the entire company designed to inspire and communicate a set of important messages.
