The Reach Program is designed for business owners who want to make a positive change in their life and build a business that operates without them. It challenges business owners to constantly keep reaching, growing and establishing the habits needed to take their business to the next level while meeting in a group environment with other like-minded business owners.

Reach meets for two-hour sessions every week for 12 weeks. It is formatted to encourage continual learning and development within the context of a team environment. Business owners are surrounded by a group of other committed, motivated and successful business owners. This group will hold each other accountable to doing whatever it takes to drive their business to the next level.

The course is designed to answer the following types of questions:

• What are the basic steps for building a business that runs without you?
• How do you develop a simple, yet powerful system for tracking your progress and reaching your goals?
• What are the proven best practices for managing your schedule?
• How can you build a marketing program that consistently delivers?
• What is your professional working “style” and how does it affect your performance?
• Which financial indicators do you need to understand and review on a monthly basis?
• How do you build the systems that consistently deliver predictable results?

Do I Qualify for Reach?

Reach is for the motivated, successful business leader. Each class has 8 to 12 participants and requires a commitment to the following:

• Desire to expand revenue by at least 50% within the next 3 years
• Desire to grow profitability by at least 50% in the next 3 years
• Strong interest in personal and professional development
• Enjoy a fun, meaningful and purpose driven environment
• Prefer being held accountable for their commitments and will hold others accountable
